Backed by years of combined experience in service and logistics—including over 5 years of direct, hands-on experience at Akabs Inc., a leading NEMT company based in Nassau County, New York—our team developed a deep understanding of day-to-day operations, patient care, scheduling logistics, and the critical importance of reliability in medical transportation.

Are your vehicles equipped for wheelchairs and stretchers?
Yes! All our vehicles are fully equipped to handle both wheelchair and stretcher transportation.
Our wheelchair vans feature ramps or lifts, secure tie-downs, and spacious interiors.
Our stretcher transport units are designed to ensure comfort, safety, and a smooth ride.
We are committed to maintaining ADA compliance and ensuring safe, dignified transport for every passenger.
Do you provide transportation outside of regular business hours?
Absolutely. We understand that medical needs don’t always follow a 9–5 schedule. Comfort Care Transport offers services early mornings, evenings, weekends, and even holidays, based on availability.
To book after-hours transportation, we recommend scheduling in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.
